Access to and use of our subscription-based real estate video training service is subject to the following Terms of Service. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms and any future updates.
1. Definitions and Parties
Service Provider: Refers to Novice to Expert Agent, operator of the real estate video training platform.
User: Any individual or entity that subscribes to or accesses the service.
Subscription Services: Includes all video training content, resources, and features accessible through a paid subscription.
2. Subscription and Access
Users receive access to video training resources during the active Subscription Term, solely for personal, non-commercial educational use within the field of real estate.
Access is provided on a per-user (seat) basis; sharing login credentials or simultaneous multi-user access under a single subscription is not permitted.
Access and use of the services are limited to users who have paid the corresponding subscription fees.
Use for resale, distribution, or any purpose other than specified herein is strictly prohibited.
3. User Obligations and Restrictions
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activity under their account.
Content uploaded or shared by users must be accurate, must not violate the rights of any third party, and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Users agree not to reproduce, reverse-engineer, share, sell, or modify service materials, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.
The service may contain resources, links, or integrations with third-party tools, governed by their respective terms.
Users may not assign access (seats) to individuals within their organization unless written permission is granted.
4. Payment, Renewal, and Refunds
Fees are due as outlined at the point of subscription or as specified in the invoice, and must be paid in full to maintain access.
Subscriptions renew automatically based on the chosen billing cycle unless cancelled in advance; users are responsible for fees in effect at the time of renewal unless otherwise cancelled.
All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated; payment obligations are non-cancellable for the current subscription term.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
All service content, including videos, documents, and courseware, remains the property of the Service Provider or authorized licensors.
Rights to use content are granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the duration of the active subscription.
Users may not create derivative works, distribute, or publicize content without prior written consent.
6. Term, Suspension, and Termination
The agreement is effective from the date of subscription and remains in force until terminated or the subscription expires.
Either party may terminate for material breach if the other party fails to cure the breach within thirty (30) days of written notice.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, nonpayment, or suspected abuse.
Upon termination, user access ceases immediately, and users must destroy or return all downloaded or copied materials.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
The service and content are provided "as is" for educational purposes only; no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service are provided.
The Service Provider does not provide legal, investment, or professional real estate advice; users should seek appropriate professional counsel for such matters.
8. Miscellaneous
Users must comply with all laws and refrain from any unlawful activity on the platform.
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
